Root Beer Float-ish

Everything you love about a float, in a sippable cup — no melting scoop required.

Dirty soda is the Utah soda-shop formula — soda, a flavored syrup or two, a splash of cream, and fresh citrus over pebble ice. This root beer version takes about two minutes and zero alcohol. Prefer it lighter? Swap in a diet soda and sugar-free syrups.

How to order it at a soda shop or bar: “Root beer with vanilla and caramel, plus half-and-half.”
