Mocktail that helps with sleep

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup tart cherry juice unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water chilled
  • 1 tablespoon magnesium powder check the label for recommended dosage
  • 1 sprig of fresh lavender or a few drops of lavender extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a glass, combine the tart cherry juice, sparkling water, and magnesium powder. Stir gently until the magnesium powder dissolves.
  • Stir gently until the magnesium powder dissolves.
  • Add ice cubes to fill the glass.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender. If using lavender extract, add a few drops after adding the ice.

Notes

Pro tip: If you have trouble dissolving the magnesium powder you can take a splash of the cherry juice and mix with the powder to create a slurry then add the rest of the tart cherry juice.
