This Coffee Mocktini is a rich, alcohol-free twist on the classic espresso martini — bold, creamy, and topped with that signature foam. Perfect for brunch, late-night cravings, or anytime you want a classy coffee fix without the buzz.
- 2 oz freshly brewed espresso or strong cold brew concentrate
- 1 oz simple syrup adjust to taste
- 1/2 oz vanilla extract or 1 oz vanilla syrup for a sweeter version
- 1 oz non-dairy creamer or oat milk for a lighter taste
- Ice
Brew your espresso and let it cool slightly (or use cold brew concentrate).
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add espresso, simple syrup, vanilla, and creamer to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds to build that signature foam.
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with coffee beans or a light dusting of cocoa powder.
