Pineapple Luau Cola
Classic Coke takes a Hawaiian vacation, with pineapple sweetness and a cloud of coconut cream.
Ingredients
- 12 oz Coca-Cola
- 1 Tbsp pineapple syrup or 2 Tbsp pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp coconut cream
- 1 pebble or crushed ice to fill a 20–24 oz cup ¾ full
- 1 pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a 20–24 oz cup about ¾ full with pebble or crushed ice.
- Add the syrups and any juice over the ice.
- Slowly pour in the Coke.
- Float the cream on top, add the garnish, and stir right before sipping.
