Apple Orchard Fizz
Caramel apple from the county fair, sparkling over pebble ice.
Dirty soda is the Utah soda-shop formula — soda, a flavored syrup or two, a splash of cream, and fresh citrus over pebble ice. This cream soda version takes about two minutes and zero alcohol. Prefer it lighter? Swap in a diet soda and sugar-free syrups.
How to order it at a soda shop or bar: “Cream soda with a splash of apple juice and caramel” — or at a bar, “apple cider topped with Sprite and a caramel drizzle.”
